Our focus is on offering our clients the highest level of professional and personal service in the following areas:
• Hire, supervise, and discharge personnel for the golf course, clubhouse, food service area, and range. (All employees are employees of the golf course, and the owner/BOD will communicate through LCG /MLS Management on personnel and operational matters.)
• Provide one or more senior management personnel to oversee golf operations and golf course maintenance.
• Provide monthly financial reports and an annual budget and business plan for the operation of the golf course each year.
• Establish policies and procedures for the operation of the golf course.
• Organize and conduct training for the golf course's employees.
• Prepare an SOP manual for the golf course.
• Oversee all purchases of equipment and merchandise for the golf course, golf shop, food service area, and clubhouse.
• Recommend the amount for membership dues and fees, greens fees, cart fees, and prices for food and beverages offered.
• Manage and oversee the golf course to the best of our ability in a manner consistent with the strategic direction of the owner(s) of the course.
